Gayla is the absolute best! Her deep knowledge of the Omaha market helped me find the perfect home for my budget and then Gayla was there for me every step of the way. She recommended a wonderful loan officer, and then guided me through inspections (and understanding results). When the time came, Gayla negotiated a price that was fair to all parties and celebrated with me when the offer was accepted. When I had questions (which was often), Gayla and/or a member of her outstanding Team Leathers got back to me within the hour to guide me through a decision or a process. Even after the purchase and closing were complete, Gayla has stayed in touch, giving great advice about how to add value and make my house a home.
